Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, 12noon, at Imagine Fellowship (corner of 20th and Maple).

Visitation will be from 11am, until the time of the service at the church.

Arrangements are by the Northwood Chapel, Dykstra Life Story Funeral Homes, Holland.
