Timothy Jon Brinkman, age 60, of Holland passed away Saturday, July 16, 2016.
Tim graduated from Holland High School and was a lifelong resident of Holland.
He worked at Family Fare and Kandu Industries for many years.
Tim enjoyed helping keep score at the men’s softball games at the Maplewood Ball Diamonds.
He was a member of Maplewood Reformed Church and was a founding member of Special Education Ministries at Third Reformed Church.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents, John Jr. and Elaine Brinkman.
Tim is survived by his brother, James and Vicki Brinkman of Holland; step-mother, Joyce Brinkman of Zeeland; nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Funeral services will be 11 am Tuesday (July 19) at Maplewood Reformed Church, 133 East 34th Street, with the Rev. Aaron VanDerVeen officiating.
Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6-8 pm, Monday (July 18), at the Dykstra Funeral Home-Mulder Chapel, 188 West 32nd Street.
Memorial contributions may be made to Heritage Homes or Special Education Ministries.
The family would like to send a special thank you to all who cared and supported Tim throughout his life.
