Thomas loved the earth and regrets having to leave. Breathing was good. Summer gardens, autumn woods, winter snow, and the crash of thunder and spring rains were good -- hummingbirds and rainbows were especially good. Best of all was the wonder and mystery of life on a planet so beautiful it's the rarest and holiest light in the universe. If he could have asked for a dying wish, he would have asked that humankind would finally cease its relentless assault upon the earth and upon one another before it's too late and finally accept not only the wisdom but the necessity of accepting the teachings of Rabbi Hillel (The Golden Rule) Christ (The Beatitudes) and the Commandments Moses brought down from the mountain before it's so late even the fireflies will have gone out.

A private memorial service for family and friends will be held at a future date.
