Ted enjoyed telling stories of his many life experiences and adventures to anyone who would lend an ear. He enjoyed chatting about his adventures at military school in Wisconsin, service in the air force when stationed in Japan and stories of growing up in the 1950s with dance halls and late-night fun. Later, after working for a cross-country trucking company, Ted worked and retired from Magna Donnelly corporation in Holland, Michigan. Upon retirement, Ted found his true joy and life’s passion driving the school bus for special needs children at Dean Transportation company. Ted made many lifetime friends at Dean Transportation and enjoyed joining his fellow bus drivers for a
weekly breakfast at V’s Grill and Coney Island in Zeeland, Michigan. Ted touched the hearts of many children, parents and coworkers and will be missed greatly.
