Sharon Plaggemars, age 56, of Holland, passed away Thursday, October 23, 2014.
Sharon was born June 6, 1958, in Holland, to Virgil and Joyce Harper. She was married to Jack Plaggemars in 1978. He preceded her in death on April 30, 1984. Sharon was also preceded in death by her long-time companion, Mark Visser, on February 26, 2001, his brother, Dirk Visser, on February 3, 2014, and her mother-in-law, Vivian Plaggemars on June 17, 2014.
Sharon is survived by her son, Joshua Plaggemars and his wife Jen Heringhausen; mother, Joyce Harper; sisters, Gayle Aalderink and Patricia and Martin Trevino; brother, Dennis and Margie Harper; sister-in-law, Linda and Marc Boardman; father-in-law, Gordon Plaggemars; also friends, Vickie Visser and Rhonda Paterra; uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Funeral services will be 11 am Thursday, at the Dykstra Funeral Home-Northwood Chapel, 295 Douglas Avenue, with Rev. James Baar officiating.
Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be 6-8 pm, Wednesday at the chapel.
