Ronald S. Ford, age 91, of Rochester Hills and Clinton Township, Michigan passed away on Friday, August 4, 2023. He was born in Highland Park, Michigan on April 3, 1932, to Stuart and Mary Jane Ford. Ron graduated from Highland Park High School and started working for General Motors. After honorably serving his country in the army during the Korean War, he continued working at General Motors for 41 years. He married Frances Mae (nee Harper) Ford who survives him and now lives in Holland, MI. Ron was an avid golfer who enjoyed traveling.
He is survived by his wife Fran, brother-in-law Kenneth J. Harper, and sister-in-law Berniece L. Harper. Memorial contributions in Ron’s memory can be made to the Salvation Army. Arrangements are by the Dykstra Funeral Home-Downtown Chapel.
