Robin A. Ferguson age 57 of Douglas, MI. died Wednesday, May 8, 2012 at Holland Community Hospital following a lengthy illness.
Robin was born in Boston, MA and moved to the Saugatuck- Douglas area in 1991 with her ceramic artist husband, Robert Martin. She later married Ken Reese who preceded her in death as well as her mother Virginia Ferguson of Kalamazoo.
Robin was a member of Embody Christ Church and was actively involved as a volunteer at Wishbone Pet Rescue Alliance as well as other organizations in the lakeshore area.
She is survived by her father Robert Ferguson of Kalamazoo, brothers; George Ferguson of Ganges, Gordon and Cindy Ferguson of Downers Grove, IL., Pete Ferguson of South Haven, MI, a niece, Sarah Ferguson and nephew, Nick Ferguson.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, 1:00PM at First Reformed Church, 630 State St., Holland with Rev. Jim Daniels officiating. Burial will be in Douglas Cemetery.
Friends may greet the family Monday, 6-8 at the Mulder Chapel, Dykstra Funeral Homes, 188 West 32nd St. Holland.
