Patricia Beyer, age 94 passed away April 12th 2021.
Beloved wife of the late Robert Beyer for 64 years. Loving mother of Susan (Jerry) Newton, Robert Jr. (Keri), David (Nicole) and Barbara, deceased at 6 years old. Dear Grandmother of Sally and Jill Newton, Robbie and Derek Beyer, Fallon and Arden Beyer. Also survived by her sister June and niece, Pat (Jack) Long.
Patricia grew up in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, graduating from Grosse Pointe High School. She graduated with a degree in Education from Albion College, a member of Kappa Delta Sorority and Mortar Board. Pat married her high school sweet heart, Bob.
Patricia taught elementary school until raising her family. She studied Braille, was Certified by the Library of Congress, transcribing children’s books by hand. Pat enjoyed spending lots of time with her
grandchildren, biking, boating on Lake St. Clair and Lake Michigan and volunteering in Grosse Pointe Schools. Patricia moved to Holland with Bob in 1994, attended Central Wesleyan Church, Encore Class, was a member of HASP (Hope Academy of Senior Professionals) and Women Literacy Club.
No services or visitations are scheduled.
