Misti M. Porter

Misti M. Porter, age 49, of Muskegon, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 20, 2022.

Misti was born to Charles and Laura Burroughs in Muskegon, Michigan on April 23, 1973. She had a great sense of humor and an easy smile. Misti enjoyed reading, drinking coffee, gardening, as well as, collecting antiques. She cherished her family and always had a listening ear when anyone needed it. Spending time with her grandchildren was always a priority. Misti was known for her arts & crafts and creativeness in general.

Misti is survived by her children, Amanda Van Dyke, Nicole (Matthew) Borstler, Brennan Van Dyke and Hunter Plomb; sister, Crystal Thompson; grandchildren, Adalyn Borstler, Willow Borstler, Everly Borstler and Weston Plomb; nieces & nephews, Niah Suttorp, Nella Suttorp and Brock Burroughs.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Marion Burch; father, Charles Burroughs; mother, Laura Burroughs; brother, Christopher Burroughs and a nephew, Kristopher Thompson.

A celebration of life will be held this spring.
