Mary Lou Wigger, age 76, of Holland passed away Thursday, February 23, 2012 at Hospice House of Holland.

Mary was a member of Rose Park Reformed Church. She retired from West Ottawa Schools after 29 years of service where she was a teacher’s aid at Sheldon Woods and later a librarian at the high school. Mary and Beryle enjoyed traveling.

She is survived by her husband Beryle of 57 years and children: Bonnie and Bruce Lankheet of Murphy, N.C., Mark and Lynda Wigger of Holland; grandchildren: Brad and Greta Lankheet, Elizabeth and Dan Pierce, Jonathan Wigger, Adam Wigger; great grandchildren: Will, Caroline, Evie and Susie; brother and sister: Orville Jr. and Marilyn Essink of Drenthe, Betty Jean Moomey of Holland; brother and sisters-in-law: Paul and Ruth Wigger of Holland, Shirley Wigger of Kent, WA, Rose Scharphorn of Grand Rapids; many nephews, nieces and cousins.

A funeral service will be 3:00 PM, Sunday, February 26, 2012 at Northwood Chapel – Dykstra Funeral Homes 295 Douglas Avenue in Holland.

Reverend Dave Van Opstall will be officiating.

Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 1:00 PM – 2:45 PM prior to the service at the chapel.

Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Holland.
