Marian R. Geib, age 83 passed away September 18, from a short battle with cancer. She worked for 31 years at the Holland Country Club, served as president of the State F.O.P Auxiliary, and was a member of Fellowship Reformed Church. She enjoyed gardening, picking blueberries, and especially loved her grandchildren and great grandkids.
Marian was preceded in death by her son Rev. David Geib. She is survived by her loving husband Gene of 61 years, son; Randy Geib, daughter; Nancy (Jeff) VanderBie, daughter-in-law; Sue Geib, grandchildren; Bruce (Stacey) VanderBie, Tiffany (Bill) Brouwer, Mark (Lauren-Nicole) Geib, Joel Geib, Emily (Michael) Au, Rachel Geib, great-grandchildren; Gracie & Evie Brouwer, Paige, Jake & Case VanderBie, sister; Bert (Al) Hofstra, sister; Jean Shutte, brother; Don (Fran) Van Polen, sister; Dori (Arnie) Toering, sister; Laura Bell (Dirk) Bartmann, brother; Ken (Sharon) Van Polen, brother-in-law; Jim (Dori) Geib, along with several nieces and nephews.
An hour visitation will be held on Friday September 23 at 10:00am followed by a service at 11:00am at Fellowship Reformed Church, 300 N 168th Ave, Holland.
