KELLY ANN BURNS MACK

Kelly Ann Burns Mack, age 40 of Saugatuck, MI and Chicago, IL tragically passed away on August 12, 2013.

Born August 4, 1973, she was a graduate of Saugatuck High School and the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Kelly was Director of Strategic Accounts for Covidien Surgical.

She is survived by her husband David Burns Mack, sons Owen David (8) and Bennett Knoll (7), parents Terry Burns and Joan & Frank Lamb, sisters Laura Lamb Bargwell (Steve) and Paige Lamb Vander Molen (Jeff), aunt Patty Birkholz, cousins Brent (Meridith Ridl) Birkholz, Eric (Laurie) Birkholz & Jason Birkholz, additional aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was a beloved Mother, Wife, Daughter, & Sister and will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Friday August 16, 2013 at Dykstra Funeral Homes, Saugatuck Chapel, 520 Lake Street in Saugatuck.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday August 17, 2013 at First Congregational Church of Saugatuck, 296 Hoffman Street in Saugatuck.

Arrangements are by the Saugatuck Chapel of Dykstra Funeral Homes.
