Jon Sybesma

Jon Kenneth Sybesma, age 83 of Holland, passed away July 24, 2023.

Jon was born in Holland to Cornelius and Wilda (Ambrose) Sybesma. Jon most recently worked at Herman Miller and previously co-owned D & S Upholstery in Fremont, CA. He enjoyed fishing, fixing old cars, attending Oakland Athletics baseball games, and attending flea markets. He also enjoyed time with family, especially around Christmas and also when the family would go on road trips. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be deeply missed by all.

Jon was preceded in death by his father Cornelius Sr. (1957), mother Wilda (1977) and brothers LeRoy (1996) and Cornelius, Jr. (2007).

He is survived by his second wife Laurel; his first wife Adrienne and her children Steven, James, and Alinda; grandchildren (from James) Andrew and Corey; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service and burial will take place on Saturday, May 18 at 2:00pm at Restlawn Memorial Gardens Chapel (994 Paw Paw Dr.).
