John T. Dratz

John T. Dratz, age 65, of Saugatuck, passed away at home on Tuesday, July 25, 2023.

He was born on June 1, 1958, to Edward M. and JoAnn (Nash) Dratz, in Muskegon, Michigan. John was a Master Electrician at Haworth, Inc. for many years before retiring in 2020. He thoroughly enjoyed golfing, fishing, and hunting. He was happiest spending time with family and friends on the golf course. On May 5, 2001, he married Margaret A Sobkowiak. She survives him along with one son, Ethan J Colton, of North Platte, Nebraska; one grandson, Calvin J Colton; siblings, Rhesa (John) Martin, Kathy (Matt) Kollig, David (Cheryl) Dratz, Freda (Dale) Rodgers, Mary (Michael) Baldwin, Susanna (Dick Ghezzi) Dratz, Michael (Angel) Dratz, Mark Dratz; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Paul; parents, and in-laws.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, July 30th, from 2:00pm until 5:00pm, at Spectator's Bar & Grill, 6432 Blue Star Highway, Saugatuck MI
