John Amaya passed away on Sunday February 11, 2018. Beloved child of God, son of Delores and Josephine, Husband of Charlotte Amaya, father of three children, Victor, Sharon, Greg; grandfather and great grandfather. Former general manager of Parke-Davis. Contributed in various ways in the Holland community including President of United Way and Holland School Board. John obtained the "Living Legend" award from the University of Colorado, starting in track and field, football & basketball. Went on to play tennis and coach tennis. Was passionate in all that he did.
In honor of the gift of John Amaya's life, donations may be made in his name to the charity of ones choice.
