Jeffrey Brown

Jeffrey L. Brown, age 44, of Holland, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday December 28, 2010 at his home.

Jeff was born in St. Louis, MO and graduated from West Ottawa High School in 1984. He was employed by Magna Mirrors for nearly 24 years. He studied Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at New Breed Academy of Holland and enjoyed motorcycle riding, tournament bass fishing, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Sue Brown of Holland; his daughters, Samantha Brown and Kelly Brown, both at home; his mother, Dorothy Brown of Holland; his sister, Donna Russell; and his nephews, Carl and Christie Russell, Jimmy and Amber Russell, and Matt and Rachel Russell. Jeff is also survived by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ron and Sandy Woldring, and his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Mike and Linda Woldring, and Becky and Dale Bajema.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Brown and his sister, Martha Green.

Cremation will take place and a memorial visitation will be held from 2-4pm on Friday December 31, 2010 at the Northwood Chapel, Dykstra Funeral Homes, 295 Douglas Avenue.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to a college tuition fund for his daughters, c/o Chemical Bank, 177 N River Avenue, Holland, 49424.
