James "Jim" Bradford

James (Jim) Gordon Bradford III, 58, of Holland went to be with his Savior unexpectedly on Friday, December 1, 2017. Jim married his high school sweetheart, Kathy in 1979, was a known Realtor in the Holland area for 30 years and most recently traveled for his career with his wife, employed by Webster Enterprises. He played drums throughout his life in bands, including Random Play and Lakeland Community Church, volunteered with Last Call for many years and shared his faith with many. He passed in the arms of his wife and surrounded by several friends. He is preceded in death by his father, James (Buddy) Bradford Jr., his brother, Steve Bradford, and grandson, Brody Petre. He is survived by his wife, Kathy (Kleeves) Bradford, daughter and son-in-law Katie (Bradford) and Mike Petre, son and daughter-in-law, James IV and Haley (Lohman) Bradford, grandchildren who knew him as Papa Jim, Ember and Ashlynn Petre, Mason Lohman and Marlie Bradford, mother, Marie Rich and her husband Chuck, parents-in-law, Vern and Barb Kleeves, siblings Eddii and Vickie Bradford, Suzanne and Vaughn Aikens, Robin Bradford and Rick Silveus, Rhonda and Frank Rodriguez, brothers- and sisters-in-law, Dirk and Heiddi Hughes, Randy and Betty Van Klompenberg and Bryan and Chrissy Savage, several neices and nephews and many close friends. He will be deeply missed by all.

Visitations will be held Friday December 8, from 6-9:00 p.m. at the Dykstra Funeral Home - Northwood Chapel, 295 Douglas Avenue, Holland, and Saturday December 9th, from 1-3:45 p.m. at Rose Park Reformed Church, 14242 Rose Park Drive, Holland, MI. A funeral ceremony will be held immediately following the visitation, 4:00 p.m. at Rose Park Reformed Church. Reverend David VanOpstall will officiate the funeral service. Interment will be in East Saugatuck Cemetery. Professional services are provided by the Dykstra Funeral Home - Northwood Chapel.
