Jack “Bubba” Gehrke age 75 of Holland, passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2018, surrounded by his family.
Jack retired after 40 years with Bradford Company where he drove truck for many years.
Jack had a passion for racing and was affiliated with many race teams over his lifetime, at Berlin Raceway.
He enjoyed entertaining kids as Santa, during Christmas and being the Easter Bunny at various locations around Holland.
Surviving is his wife, Sharon of 55 years; children, Melanie and Glen Hopp, Glenn and Nancy Gehrke, Jay and Sheri Gehrke, and Michelle and Dan Wilson; 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; in-laws, Patti Gehrke-Blackwell and Marlene and Ed Plaggemars; nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be 11 am Monday (January 29) at the Dykstra Funeral Home-Mulder
Chapel, 188 West 32nd St.
Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be 2-5 pm Sunday (January 28) at the Dykstra Funeral Home-Mulder Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Good Samaritan Medical Transport.
