Isidra "Sheila" Hidrogo

Isidra "Sheila" Hidrogo, age 98, of Holland, went to meet her Lord and Savior, On May 1, 2022.

Mrs. Hidrogo was preceded in death by her husband and daughter.

Isidra was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was kind, loving, caring and simply an extraordinary soul. She always placed her family before anything else up until the very end of her life here on earth. Her family will never be able to put into words how dear she was to each and every member of her precious family. There will never be enough thanks for all of the amazing things she did for her family individually and as a whole. To have known her was a blessing as she had a heart of gold and a humble spirit. Mrs. Hidrogo truly loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and was a long time member of Inglesia Hispana and New Life Christian Reformed Church. She served in many leadership roles such as deacon in Holland's first Spanish speaking Christian Reformed Church, the church treasurer, church choir/worship team and she also blessed many members of her congregation with personal visits. Isidra's love for the Lord was reflected by her love of serving others. She was loved by all who knew her and she will truly be missed.

Ms. Hidrogo is survived by her sons, Samuel and Ismael; grandchildren, Norma, Martin, Johnathan, Aathon, Isabel, Ernesto; many great-grandchildren and her best friend, Tommie Pena.

Private family services will be held and Interment will take place in North Holland Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements are under the auspices of the Dykstra Funeral Home - Downtown Chapel.
