Helen Westenberg

Helen K. Westenberg, age 98, of Holland formerly of Palm Coast, FL and Farmington Hills, MI passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at Holland Hospital in Holland.

She was preceded in death by her parents Waseli and Mary (Balinski) Kowaleski, her husband Robert J. Westenberg and her brother Henry Kowaleski.

Helen was highly skilled at crafting, in particular designing and creating miniatures. She liked digital photography and computers and sunsets in Florida were enjoyed every night with her husband Robert.

She is survived by her children: Rick (Kim) Westenberg of Clarkston, MI, Debbie Westenberg of Redford, MI, and Wendy (Peter) Richardson of Mount Prospect, IL; grandchildren: Nowell (Kelsi) Westenberg, Julia Westenberg, and James Richardson; great grandchildren: Elianna and Isla Westenberg

Nieces, nephews and cousins.

Cremation will take place and a private family Celebration of Life will be planned for a later date. Arrangements are by Dykstra Funeral Homes-Downtown Chapel.
