Elijah Tomas Perez

On Tuesday September 7, 2021, Elijah Tomas Perez, loving son of Victor and Victoria Perez, went home to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, at the age of 6 Months and 10 Days.

Elijah was born prematurely and weighed only 1 pound 10 ounces at birth. He was a fighter and held on to life for 6 months until the Lord called him home to Heaven. He was the fifth boy born to Victoria and Victor Perez and the 10th grandchild in the extended family. Elijah loved to hear his grandmother Patty's voice, his vital signs would always improve upon hearing her. He was loved deeply by his family and will truly be missed.

Baby Elijah is survived by his parents, Victor and Victoria Perez JR.; brothers, Carmine Vongsouthi, Isaiah Rodriguez, Dominic Perez, Giovanni Perez; grandparents, Hector and Patricia Mireles, Maggie Torres and Felix Gonzalez, Victor and Kimberly Perez; aunts & uncles, Vanessa Mireles, Veronica Mireles, Vianca Mireles, Lydiana and Levi Myers, Janet and Tim Albany, Noemi Feliciano, Ashley Perez, Michael and Ashley Perez, Alysse and Andrew Filler, Isaac and Alecia Perez; cousins, Mya Gonzalez, Gavin and Talia Batema, Ashton and Jaxon Jachim, Levi Jr and Layla Myers, Selina Adams, Lissette Rosado, Alex and Aria Albany, Michael Jr. and Olivia Perez, Gladys Filler; many other loving extended family.

Elijah was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Manuela Mireles, Alfredo Mireles, Lydia Santiago; great uncle, Tomas Mireles; aunt, Valerie Batema.

The family will receive visitors on Friday September 17, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, at the Dykstra Funeral Home - Northwood Chapel, 295 Douglas Avenue, Holland.
