Della DeFeyter

Della June DeFeyter 91 went to be with her Lord July 29,2022. Della loved her Lord and was always ready to tell others about Jesus. Della was a loving wife to her husband David of 65 years, who proceeded her in death in 2014.

Della was a loving mother to her three children, Diana/ David DeVries, Karel/Dave Waidelich, David/Luann DeFeyter.,

She was kind and loving to her grandchildren and great grandchildren, Duane/Laura DeVries (Elenor, Emily, Nathaniel, Ryan), Timothy/Sarah DeVries (Benjamin/Aleah, Samuel, William, Tessa), Stephanie/Andy Putman (Drew, Dylan), Thuy/Andy Nguyen (Vanessa, Justin), Sarah/Chris Hiatt (Blake, Brock, Kara), Michelle/Russell Bullock (Aqua, Edward), Thanh/Lam Huynh (Silas, Daniel, Elizabeth, Elaina), David/Jamie DeFeyter (Eli, Ian, Autumn), Susan/Ben Hawkins (Audrey). She is survived by a sister Patricia Heerspink, a brother Philip/Jo Stegenga, a sister-in-law Marilyn Stegenga, a brother-in-law Egbert Bareman, several nieces and nephews.

The family of Della would like to thank the staff at American House of Holland for the care and love they gave our mother over the past 4 years. Also, to Hospice of Holland for the care they gave her to make our mother feel loved and comfortable.

A private family graveside will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Holland. Arrangements are by the Dykstra Funeral Home-Downtown Chapel.
