He spent most of his years in sales, making many friends out of his many accounts. Dave’s claim to fame was that he was in the first optical class to graduate from Ferris. Dave was an avid sports fan watching as much on TV as possible, but watching his kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren play sports and U of M Football were his favorites. Dave and Carol also enjoyed attending many Hope College Basketball games in their later years. Dave was a great husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather and will be missed by all that knew him. He will always hold a special place in all our hearts.
