Cathy A. McCammon

Cathy Ann McCammon, 71, of Hamilton, Michigan passed away peacefully on July 6, 2023, at Resthaven Care Center in Holland, Michigan.

Cathy was born in Nebraska City, Nebraska to Maurice and Betty Martinson on March 28, 1952. She often fondly reminisced about her childhood spent on her family’s farm in rural Nebraska. She graduated from Plattsmouth Community High School in 1970. She spent most of her career at Herman Miller in Zeeland, Michigan, where she worked in Customer Care for 22 years. She found great joy, and many friendships, in her position at Herman Miller. She was very involved in her church, Manna Fellowship. She loved the people of her faith community.

Cathy is survived by her Children: Carla (Ronnie) Snoke of Holland, Jerry (Deanne) McCammon of Allegan, Lydia (Ryan) DeVries of Hamilton, Roy McCammon of Caledonia, and Brady Zuckerman of Fruitport. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, who were the light of her life: Kendra, Morgan, Isabelle, Chloe, Avery, Harley, Roxy, Olivia, Owen, and Ella.

Cathy is fully restored and is with Christ, her savior. The final resting place of her earthy remains will be a family cemetery in Swedeburg, Nebraska. Her legacy of love for Jesus and family will be passed on for generations through her children and grandchildren.
