Calvin β€œCal” Zeerip, Age 75 of Holland passed away to be with his Lord on July 4, 2018 at Spectrum Butterworth. He was born in Drenthe, MI and a member of Maranatha Christian Reformed Church. He retired from Mechanical Transplanter of Holland.

He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Wilma. Five children, Craig & Helen Zeerip, Arla & Jeff Rozeboom, Mitchell Zeerip, Jonathan Zeerip and Kim and Brian Hopper, 14 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Brothers and sisters, Glenn & Marilyn Zeerip, Wayne Zeerip, Jason & Sandy Zeerip and Donna & Gary Bosch. Brother -in-law, James Jipping. Step Sisters, Lorraine and Del Mokma and Joey Sal, many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ray & Ruth Zeerip and step mother Henrietta (Sal) Zeerip, Sister-in-law Kathy Zeerip and Step brother, Gene Sal.

Visitation for Calvin will be Sunday, July 8 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Dykstra Funeral Home – Mulder Chapel 188 W 32nd Street Holland. A funeral service will take place on Monday July 9 at 12:00pm at Maranatha Christian Reformed Church – 918 Central Ave, in Holland with Pastor Matt Stob officiating. A graveside service will take place at 2:30pm following the service at West Drenthe Cemetery for those who would like to attend. The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff at Butterworth Hospital and to Pastor Matt Stob for their exceptional service and care.
