Branden R. Morris, age 38, of Holland, passed away, surrounded by family after a long battle with Leukemia, on Friday, January 11, 2019. He attended West Ottawa Schools his entire life. He loved baseball and was a pitcher. He graduated in 1998 from West Ottawa High School. Branden was employed at Zip Express for several years. His son Keion and daughter Remie were his life. He enjoyed family get-togethers, bonfires, parties and being in the company of his friends. Branden will be remembered by his sense of humor, compassion for people and his deep faith in God.

Branden was preceded in death by his grandfather, Arnold DeFeyter; father, Robert Morris; cousins, Brooke & Valerie Polinskey.

He is survived by his children, Keion and Remie Morris; mother, Mary Haworth (Steve Vink); sister, Sadie Morris; nephews, Shaidex Veang and Teo Trevino; grandparents, Marjorie DeFeyter, Rev. Richard (Ellie) Collins; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be 4-5:45pm, Wednesday, January 16th, at the Dykstra Funeral Home – Northwood Chapel, 295 Douglas Ave., Holland. A funeral ceremony will be held following the visitation at 6:00p.m. at the Northwood Chapel. The Reverend Richard Collins officiating. Interment in Lakewood Cemetery.
