Beatrice Vivian Stokes, age 86, of Holland died Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Holland Hospital.
Bea was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. She was a huge Elvis fan. She was employed at the Peanut Store, Buntes Pharmacy and Donutville for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Stokes in 1998.
She is survived by her sons: Joe and Fran Stokes, Bill and Shannon Stokes, Jim Stokes all of Holland; 9 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; brother: Paul and Esther Fabiano of Holland; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral mass will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church 171 West 13th Street in Holland.
Father Charles Brown will be officiating.
Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Mulder Chapel – Dykstra Funeral Homes 188 West 32nd Street in Holland.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
