Barbara L. Grigsby

Barbara Lynn Grigsby, age 76, of Holland, passed away December 14, 2021.

Mrs. Grigsby worked for Holland Shoe, Northern Fiber, as well as, Meijer, where she retired from after 20 years of loyal service. Mrs. Grigsby was a longtime member of South Olive Christian Reformed Church. She was raised in Pine Creek Christian Reformed Church.

She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Bernie Grigsby; son, Ward (Kari) Grigsby, of Holland; granddaughter, Felicia Grigsby, of Holland; brother, Jerry (Dee) Mokma, of Holland; sister, Jean (Dave) Plasman, of Placida, Florida; many nieces and nephews.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Harold Mokma; brother, Ron Mokma; sister and brother in-law, Judy (Rylenn) Hacklander, nephew, Jeff Mokma; daughter, Camie Kay.

The family would like to thank Resthaven Care Center and Hospice of Holland for their love and care. No services are planned. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Professional service is under the auspices of the Northwood Chapel.
