Audrey Behrmann

Audrey Anne Behrmann, age 86, of Holland, entered the presence of Jesus on Saturday, September 16, 2023, following a short illness.

Audrey was born September 3, 1937, the daughter of John Russell and Elizabeth (Nienhuis) Newhouse. Audrey lived most of her life in Holland and was a devoted wife and mother. Faith played an integral part of her everyday life and she was a prayer warrior in the truest sense. She always put others’ concerns above her own. She was a long-time member of Trinity Reformed Church.

Audrey was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew “Andy” in 2013.

Surviving are her sons, Scott and Debra Behrmann and Dan and Teresa Behrmann; granddaughters, Michelle, Andrea, and Vanessa; grandson, Andrew; brother, Curt and Deb Newhouse; brother-in-law, Ken and Bonnie Behrmann; several nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Funeral and committal services will be 11 am Friday (September 22) at Trinity Reformed Church, 712 Apple Avenue, with Rev. Deb Yurk officiating, https://www.facebook.com/trinitychurchholland.

Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery.

Visitation will be 6-8 pm Thursday (September 21) at the Dykstra Funeral Home-Mulder Chapel.
