Patsy Fabiano II was born August 22nd, 1944, to Joseph and Lucille Fabiano in Holland, Michigan. He lived in Holland most of his life and attended West Ottawa High School where he met the love of his life, Judy Corwin.

After graduating from West Ottawa, he attended Ferris State University where he earned his degree in business.

On August 13th, 1966, he and Judy were married before Patsy joined the military in 1967. He proudly served in the U.S. Army for three years including a tour of duty in Vietnam.

After leaving the military, Pat and Judy moved to Grand Rapids where they settled in and started their family, before returning to Holland in 1981. Pat continued to commute to Grand Rapids where he worked at Steelcase for nearly 30 years before retiring in 2001.

In retirement, Pat had the time and opportunity to pursue his enthusiasm for helping others. He started by volunteering his time at Mediation Services where he helped others with conflict resolution. He also worked as a mentor to at-risk students at West Ottawa High School, and later, devoted his time to serving others at the Community Action House of Holland.

Pat was a passionate and devoted family man, who also used retirement to enjoy life with his beloved family. He and Judy enjoyed traveling together, visiting Greece, Italy, Romania, and Turkey and took cruises to Alaska, Mexico and Hawaii. Pat was an avid Notre Dame football fan and attended at least one game every year for 69 seasons, only missing games due to the pandemic and his service in Vietnam. Additionally, he enjoyed gardening and doting on their beloved grandchildren. He and Judy never missed a soccer game or swim meet, no matter how far they had to travel to cheer for them.

He is survived by their two children Laurel and Joseph Soto of West Olive and Jill and Butch Mockler of Zionsville, Indiana; grandchildren Khadin and Braylon Soto and Cordelia Mockler; sister Mary Ann and Richard Beck of Holland, and brother, Joe and Sue Fabiano of Holland.

The family will receive visitors on Monday, February 23, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, at the Dykstra Funeral Home - Northwood Chapel, 295 Douglas Avenue, Holland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, February 24, at 11:00am, at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, 480 152nd Ave, Holland. Father Michael Burt presiding.
