Wilson Gene Meredith, age 87 of Holland, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 17, 2021.
Wilson was born in Belle Mina, AL to Bill & Lorene Meredith. While serving his county in the US Navy, Wilson met the love of his life, Rose Marie and they had two children. He enjoyed HAM radio, genealogy, lifting weights, and riding his bike. Most importantly, he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Wilson is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Rose Marie; children, Ron Meredith, Ken (Carol) Meredith; 6 grandsons, 8 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Catherine (George) Rech, Anna Sekela, Barbara Bright, Debbie (Joe) Sobinsky, along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service will take place on Monday, November 22nd at 2:00pm at Dykstra Funeral Home - Northwood Chapel, 295 Douglas Ave. Holland.
