Wilhelmine Fiske

Wilhelmine (Henny) Fiske of Fennville, MI passed away at her home on March 26, 2021, at the age of 89.

Henny was born in Augsburg, Germany on Feb. 11, 1932. She apprenticed as a chef until she met her husband, Charles, while he was serving in the army in Germany. They shared almost 70 wonderful years together, primarily in Michigan. Henny spent her life doting on her husband & raising a family of 5 children. She also worked at Valleau Brass as the gift shop manager and girl Friday. Henny had a passion for baking, cooking, gardening and animals. Henny so loved her family and cherished her friends. She will be remembered by her kind spirit, love of animals and wonderful baked goods to name a few!!

She is survived by her sister, Sabina Matheny of Lawton, OK and her children Bill & Sue Fiske of Fenton, MI, Patti & Dick McFall of Portland, OR, Jim & Julie Fiske of Crestview, FL, Barbara Fiske of Saugatuck, MI and Sabina & Bob Bloomfield of Fennville, MI; 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, numerous great-great-grandchildren and numerous cats. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles Robert Fiske and 3 great-grandchildren.

A 30 minute visitation is planned prior to the Memorial Service to be held on June 19, 2021, 1:00 pm at Dykstra Funeral Home, 520 Lake Street, Saugatuck.
