Wayne Bell

Wayne Bell, age 77, of Holland, passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at his home, surrounded by his family after a long battle with heart disease.

Wayne worked for the City of Holland as a Lineman for 33 years.

He is survived by wife of 55 years Beverly Higgins Bell; children, Melissa and (Rob) Brewer and Bruce and (Shannon) Bell; grandchildren, Casey and (fiancée Christina Payne) Brewer, Jessica Bell, Allyson Brewer, and Jordan Bell; great grandchildren, Twins Aiden and Madison; sisters, Audrey Fulk and Rose Fulk; in-laws, Rachel Higgins, Karen Jo Higgins, Dirk and (Holly) Higgins, Anita and (Bill) Trautwein, Sheila Higgins, Louise Higgins, Shirley Loper, and Pat Alt; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews along with several cousins.

Wayne was preceded in death by; parents Robert and Elsie (Searfoss) Bell; parents-in-Law Virgil and Idella (Thiel) Higgins; in-laws, Rich Higgins, Bill Higgins, Tom Higgins, Basil Higgins, Larry Higgins, Frank Fulk, and Charles Fulk.

Funeral services will be 11 am, Monday (January 17), at the Dykstra Funeral Home Mulder Chapel, 188 West 32nd Street. Burial will be in Graafschap Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-4 pm Sunday, (January 16), at the funeral home.
