Randy DePree

Randy Junior DePree, age 67, of Holland, passed away peacefully, on Friday, April 15th 2016 at Heartland of Holland. Born on January 30th, 1949, Randy was a graduate of West Ottawa High School in 1967. He wore many hats during his career: an advertising executive, a charter captain, even a drummer in many local bands. Randy was a friend to many and will be remembered fondly by those who knew him. Never one to put his needs above another's, he was a generous and kind soul with a heart as big as the Great Lakes he called home. Randy was preceded in death by his mother, Edna DePree. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Carl & Jennifer DePree, granddaughter Madeline DePree, sister & brother-in-law Linda & John Freeman, and his father, Randy DePree Sr.; niece, Robin DePree Owen.

Funeral services will be 2 pm Tuesday (April 19) at the Dykstra Funeral Home-Mulder Chapel, 188 West 32nd Street.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
