Lynda Lee Numikoski, AKA Ma Frog, 79 of Holland MI & Live Oak FL, left her family here on earth to be with God and her family in Heaven on December 6, 2020. She was surrounded by her loving family both physically and with technology.

Lynda was born in Saugatuck Township to William “Bill” Green and Edith “Edie May” Fletcher. She spent most of her life in Holland, Michigan and for the past 8 years she had lived in Live Oak, Florida with Ben Clay who loved her dearly.

Her biggest role in life was being the best Mother to her children, best Mema, to her grand kids and great grand kids, and anyone she met that needed mothering or caring for. Her next role was being a great friend to everyone she met. She was known by many of her friends as Ma Frog. Several of her friends have been by her side for over 30 years. Her smile was huge and contagious, she loved being with people, laughing, hugging and just sharing her joy with others.

She believed in giving back to her community and caring for others. Lynda devoted 20 years of her life to the Ottawa County Help Line. Here she covered the third shift on weekends, providing comfort, support, and hope for people who were struggling with suicidal thoughts. She also volunteered for the Center of Women in Transition for many years. Here she supported women and children who have fled and abusive home.

Lynda was a secretary for several area Holland businesses, with many years at Haworth, West Ottawa Public Schools, and Farm Bureau Insurance.

She was an active member of the VFW Post 2144 in Holland, the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 6 of Holland, the Moose Club of Holland, and the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 107 of Live Oak, Fl. Lynda honored and supported the Military in any way she could.
