Khamphou Keopatthavong

Khamphou Keopatthavong age 72 of Holland died Saturday, June 18, 2016 at her home.

Born in Laos, she moved to the Holland area in 1979. Khamphou became a U.S. citizen in 2003 and was a member of First Reformed Church. She was employed at BLD Products retiring in 2010.

Khamphou enjoyed taking walks, dancing and watching Wheel of Fortune.

She was preceded in death by her husband Khoune In 2015 as well as sons, Khongchiam and Thongkham.

Khamphou is survived by her children; Phouvanh (Khambay) Xayavong, Kathy (Joe) Prout, Boun Keopatthavong, Bobby Keopatthavong, and Judy (Patrick) Kettring as well as grandchildren; Duangsavanh Keoratspradith,Sky James Keoratspradith, Kayla Keopatthavong Alexandria Marie Khamphou Prout, Calvin Keopatthavong, Julian Keopatthavong, Egypt Keopatthavong, Sophia Grace Kettring and other grandchildren in Laos.

Funeral services will be held Sat. 1:00 PM at Dykstra Funeral Homes, 295 Douglas Ave. Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery.

Friends may call on the family Friday 12:00 to 2:00PM and 6:00 – 8:00PM at the chapel.
