Kathy Lynn Howard, age 71, passed away at Holland Hospital on June 24, 2024 from pneumonia, heart failure, and various ongoing health conditions.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, William and Evelyn Wierda; her brother, Ronald Wierda; and her brother in-law, Rodney Haan. She is survived by her children, Jodi (Joshua) Datte, and Jason Howard; her grandchildren, Charles and Camille; and her sisters, Sharon Haan and Joyce (Harlan) Morley.
Kathy was born and raised in Holland, Michigan, and has resided her entire life in her favorite Tulip Time city. She had a strong love for God, family and animals. She loved playing games and watching her favorite TV shows. May her soul be at peace.
There will be a Fellowship gathering at Beechwood Reformed Church, Wednesday, July 3 from 1:30 - 3:00pm, with prayer at 2:00.
Those who wish to make a memorial donation can do so to Beechwood Reformed Church, as their dedication to her spiritual well-being has been unwavering. The family would like to express their gratitude to Life Circles PACE of Holland for their care and support.
