Kathleen Ferguson-Appledorn

Kathleen Ferguson-Appledorn, age 48, of Holland passed away Saturday, April 18, 2020.

Kathleen was a devoted daughter, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. Her smile was contagious and could light up a room. Her soul was gentle and kind. Kathleen put everyone first, she was a selfless person who wanted to make sure everyone was taken care of. She was a hard worker, an amazing cook and loved to can jams and salsa.

Her greatest joy was being surrounded by family. She was loved by so many and will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her soul mate, Steve Kraak; her daughters and grandchildren: Kristen (Stella) Hunter, Ezi, Alena and Amiyah, Joni (Matt) Hershberger, Mason and Sophie, Bridget Holt, Jessica (Jacob) Whipple, Chloe, Gabi, Jacob Jr and Joey and Chloe Appledorn; Steve’s children, which were like her own: Tim Kraak, Tyler Kraak and Brittney Kraak; her parents: Bud and Mary Ferguson; her siblings: Mark Ferguson, Sandra Ferguson and Daniel (Jennifer) Ferguson; Many nieces and nephews.

There will be a private family gathering at Dykstra Funeral Homes – Northwood Chapel.
