June Fox, age 91, of Saugatuck, died Thursday August 13, 2015 at Grace of Douglas.
June was a longtime resident of Saugatuck. In 1946 June married Saugatuck resident Johnson Fox. The two would make Saugatuck their home. For many years June worked as the librarian for the Saugatuck-Douglas Library. She and her husband were members of the Saugatuck United Methodist Church. Around town June and her husband Johnson were well known for their vocal duets. She was preceded in death by her husband Johnson Fox in 2009.
Surviving are Barb and Ernie Rininger of Saugatuck, Sheryl Thomas of Douglas, and John and Melissa Fox of Saugatuck; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister Joyce Good of Warner, NH. And many nieces and nephews.
Cremation will take place and a memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at 10:00 am at the Saugatuck United Methodist Church, 250 Mason St. Saugatuck with the Rev. Emmet Kadwell officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Grace of Douglas or Hospice of Holland.
