Stephen John Gonthier, age 35, of Holland died Saturday, February 4, 2017.
John graduated from Hope College majoring in computer science. He enjoyed camping, canoeing, playing pool and spending time outdoors. John loved to make friends with anybody and everybody from children to older people; he could always make them happy and laugh because he was full of joy. He was very loyal and protective.
He is survived by his parents: Pete and Connie Gonthier of Holland; brother: Dave Gonthier of El Cerrito, CA; several aunts, uncles and cousins and many loyal friends.
A visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, Thursday, February 9, 2017 at Dykstra Funeral Home – Northwood Chapel, 295 Douglas Avenue in Holland.
