Irma Kathryn Babinski, age 104, passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022.

Irma was born on the family farm in Holland Township on November 11, 1917, to John and Winnie (Dalman) Hoeland. She graduated from Holland High School. Irma and her husband, Tony, owned and operated the Hamilton Ford Dealership. She retired from the Hamilton Farm Bureau, where she worked in the office. Irma was a member of Haven Reformed Church, where she sang with the choir for many years.

Irma was preceded death by her husband Anthony Sr. in 1989, step-son, Anthony Jr., and an infant brother, Justin.

Surviving are her children, Kathryn (Doug) Knapman, Duane (Jan) Babinski, and Sybil (Lee) Veldhoff; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Samantha Knapman (Nicholas Taran), Michelle (Nathanial) Quigley (Danius, Kai, Cora, and Dante), Hannah Babinski, Noah Babinski, Elijah Babinski, Micah Babinski, Nathaniel Veldhoff, Abigail (James) Morang, and Elise Veldhoff; step-sons, Lawrence (Phyllis) Babinski Sr. and William (Gloria) Babinski.

Funeral services will be 11:30 am Saturday (January 15) at the Dykstra Funeral Home-Mulder Chapel, 188 West 32nd Street. Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery. Visitation is 10-11:15 am prior to the service at the chapel.
