Gene R. Riker, age 97, passed away October 15, 2015.
Gene was preceded in death by her husband, Clayton Riker; four sisters; and one brother.
Gene is survived by her children, Shirley Israels, Caroline (Vernon) Melton, Susie Ann Snyder, and Jennie Lee Cranmer; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Ted (Bernice) Christensen; and her sister, Margarite Crystler.
A funeral service will take place Saturday, October 17 at 11:00 am at Beth Haven Baptist Church; 1158 West Carson Road, Sheridan, MI 48884, with one hour of visitation prior.
Memorial contributions may be made in Gene's memory to Hospice of Holland.
