Franklin Hensley

Franklin D. Hensley went home to be with his Lord on May 5, 2023 at Holland Hospital. He was 86 years old. Born April 10,1937.

Frank worked for and retired from Excello/Textron Corporation of Holland. He was an electrician for more than 30 years.

Frank's love was for his small farm in Laketown Township that he shared with his two beloved cats, Tom and Felix.

He is survived by his daughter Lori (Jeff) Klemm, his son Bryen (Vanessa) Hensley. 3 grandsons Luke, Max and Jake. Two sisters Mary Tyler and Betty Daniels; and also a sister-in-law Helen Hensley. Plus many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by Wilson and Lucille, his parents, two sisters Shirley Hensley and Velva Howard and his brother Bryneo Hensley.

Frank had suffered from Alzheimers for the last 5 years. Along with Lori and Bryen and the help of family and friends they were able to put together a care team to keep him on his beloved farm.

He has been cremated and a memorial luncheon is being planned for a future date.
