Eunice Stewart

Eunice Stewart, age 88, passed away September 23, 2015 at Lakeside Vista and Villas.

Eunice grew up on a farm in Kentucky. She graduated from high school and briefly taught school. She and her husband, Roy, moved to Holland in 1947. Eunice retired from General Electric after 25 years. She was a member of Central Wesleyan Church.

Sadly, Eunice was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Roy in August of 2014.

Eunice is survived by her children, Joyce Elferdink; Larry and Rebecca Stewart; Wayne Stewart; and Vicky Stewart (Doug Scott); grandchildren, Linnay Yemc; Mark (Hope) Elferdink; Scott Stewart; Paul (Cristina) Stewart; Jeramy (Jamie) Stewart; Melissa Stewart; Michael Scott; and Leah Scott; eleven great-grandchildren; two brothers; two sisters; and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will take place Tuesday, September 29, at 10:00 am at Dykstra Funeral Home – Mulder Chapel; 188 West 32nd Street, with a service following at 11:00 am. Reverend Larry Johnson will be officiating.
