Ester Arabella Harting, passed away peacefully in the arms of her mommy and daddy on Sunday, April 9, 2023.

Born on March 30, 2023, at 11:38 am, she passed away early Easter morning, April 9, at 1:24 am at Edwards Elmhurst Hospital in Naperville, IL.

After praying and waiting for more than 10 years, our gift from God filled our hearts with joy. Born at only 25 weeks and 2 days, our baby Ester was blessed with great strength and perseverance. She may have only been in this world for 9 days, 13 hours and 46 minutes, but she filled our hearts with enough love to last a million lifetimes.

Ester Arabella is the daughter of Matthew and Lilia Harting. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Hector Chavez of Holland, Michigan; and her cousin, Rolando Abelino Gonzalez, of Holland, Michigan. She is survived by her parents, and a sister, Haley Harting. She is also survived by her paternal grandparents, Phillip and Cindy Harting of Augusta, Georgia; her maternal grandmother, Sarah Chavez, of Holland, Michigan; three aunts, four uncles, six cousins, and numerous family and friends who loved her unconditionally.

The service will be held on Saturday, April 15, at Sinai Spanish Assemblies of God, 533 Central Avenue, Holland, at 11:00am, with visitation at the same location an hour prior. Interment will follow at Pilgrim Home cemetery.

“You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed.” Psalms 139:16

“Now I lay me down to sleep. I pray the Lord my soul to keep. If I shall die before I wake, I pray the Lord my soul to take.” Amen

Funeral arrangements are under the auspices of the Mulder Chapel.
