Edward Mariuz, age 78 of Holland, passed away Sunday, October 28th, 2018.
Born in Detroit Michigan to John and Leonora Mariuz, Edward was a retired business owner. Edwards’ devotion to his family was paramount throughout his life. He was all at once a mentor, teacher, friend and full-time hockey dad to his 3 sons. He will be missed by the entire extended Mariuz family.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Linda; his 3 sons and their wives, Jeff and Sally Mariuz, Steve and Carrie Mariuz and Brian and Kelly Mariuz; 7 grandchildren, Chelsea, Kaitlyn and Charlie Mariuz, Tony and Sarah Mariuz, Samantha Siemer and John Mariuz, 1 great grandchild, Aidan Hernandez.
Memorial Mass will be held at 11 am Saturday (November 10) at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, 480 152nd Avenue. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10-11 am at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Holland, in lieu of flowers.
Arrangements are by the Dykstra Funeral Homes-Northwood Chapel.
