Donna Le Poire, age 88 of Holland, peacefully passed away May 19, 2021 at her home with family by her side.

Her legacy will be carried on through her love of nature (which included family walks in the dunes), traveling (with family to Disney World, or her love to travel the globe), and quilting (making a quilt for each great grandchild). She also had a love for her church, and was a member of Maplewood Reformed for many years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-great grandmother, and will be deeply missed by all.

Donna was preceded in death by her loving husband Donald in 2008, and her brother John Van Dyke.

She is survived by her children, Linda (Alex) Posner, Gayle (Fred) Kramer, David (Eileen) Le Poire; grandchildren, Tonia (Michael) Falkowski), Chad (Kristina) Lutke, Steven (Sarah) Lutke, Andrew (Erin) Lutke, John (Carrie) Kramer, Sarah (Brandon) Brummett, Erin Le Poire, Elissa Le Poire; 14 great-grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A visitation will take place on Monday, May 24 from 6-8pm at Dykstra Funeral Home – Mulder Chapel, 188 W 32nd Street. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, May 25 at 11am also at Dykstra Funeral Home – Mulder Chapel with a live stream available for those who cannot attend in person.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the American Cancer Society.
