Diane T. Dykstra, age 75 of Holland, peacefully passed away October 23, 2019 after a long-extended battle with Alzheimer’s.

Born in Parma, Italy to Guerino & Dirce Pellinghelli, Diane moved with her family to the United States when she was 13 years old. She had a passion for crafting, building bird houses, painting with water colors, and making anything that would keep her hands busy. She loved the outdoors, which included biking to Grand Haven and camping (in tents), she had a passion for the lakeshore and lighthouses (especially Big Red), and Diane had a great sense of humor, which was loved by those who knew her well. Most importantly, she loved spending time with her family, especially her granddaughters.

Along with her parents, Diane was preceded in death by her brother Joseph Pellinghelli

She is survived her husband of 33 years Marshall Dykstra; daughter; Dina (Doug) Davis – Reiner; son, Darin Davis; granddaughters; Olivia, Lilian, Lauren; brother, Antonio Pellinghelli; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Alzheimer's Association or Life Circles – Pace.

A celebration of life will take place on Tuesday, November 5 at 11:00AM with a one-hour visitation prior to the service at Dykstra Funeral Home – Northwood Chapel, 295 Douglas Ave, Holland.
