David Troost, age 78, of Paradise and formerly of Holland, died on Thursday December 10, 2009 at his home in Paradise, MI.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Josephine (Timmer) Troost.
His family includes his wife, Gail Troost, his children, Daniel Troost, Douglas (Charlene) Troost, Donald Troost, and Debra (Miles III) Baskett; eight grandchildren; his great grandchildren; sister Judith (Raymond) Brink; his brothers, Thomas (Jeanie) Troost, and Phillip (Glenda) Troost; and his neices and nephews.
Cremation will take place and a memorial service will be held at 3:00pm on Monday December 14, 2009 at the Northwood Chapel, Dykstra Life Story Funeral Homes, 295 Douglas Avenue with Rev. Carl Balk officiating.
Visitation will be held on from 1-3pm Monday at the Northwood Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be given to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
