Cindra Zwart

Cindra (Herweyer) Zwart, age 44, of Zeeland, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2019.

Cindra graduated from Godwin Heights High School in 1992 and earned an associate’s degree in childhood development from Grand Rapids Community College in 1995. She worked in the sample production department at Thoroughbred Fulfillment in Zeeland. Cindra was an active member of Faith Reformed Church in Zeeland.

Cindra was preceded in death by her father, Dale Luikes.

Surviving is her husband, Derk of 21 years; children, Eildert, Ermithe, Owen, and Destinee; parents, Mike and Rosemary Herweyer; grandmother, Tillie Luikes; siblings, Kim and Isaac Yarrington, Jeff Herweyer, Jason and Samantha Luikes, and Chris Herweyer; parents-in-law, Rev. Eildert and Mary Etta Zwart; grandmother-in-law, Bernice Zwart; sisters-in-law, Becky Zwart and Sara Zwart; uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Memorial services will be 1 pm Tuesday (January 15) at Faith Reformed Church, 220 West Central Avenue, in Zeeland, with the Rev. Jonathan Elgersma officiating.

Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 pm Monday (January 14) also at the church.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hand2Hand Ministries C/O Faith Reformed Church.
